I got this jar as a gift during our church fellowship. It is the perfect gift because the Word of God is always needed and is always relevant. I like that the jar is small and does not take up too much space. It can be used for daily time in the Word, for encouragement, for Scripture memorization and much more. It is good for young people to get them in the Word of God.
This arrived well packaged and is presented in a lovely box. The jar is made from glass and the stopper is cork. Inside are a collection of different bible verses that you can access depending on your mood. The slips of paper are colour coded to suit mood and there is a handy little key to figure this out on the side of the jar. I think this is such a beautiful and thoughtful gift and like the quality of execution.I do love it and am happy to recommend it. What a sweet and supportive way to work through emotions.
I am enjoying this jar of scriptures pertaining to emotions. I love the idea of color-coding the verses to match an emotion I might be experiencing. I have only read a few so far. I like the fact that the paper also includes where in the Bible it is located, with the exception of one (so far) that just said "Psalm". I do not know which version of the Bible they are using; I do know that it is not King James, NIV or NLT.
The jar itself is rather cramped after folding and placing the papers inside. I chose not to put all of them in the jar yet. The cross necklace is lightweight and metal. I might hang it from a lamp.
The jar was well packaged and arrived in excellent shape. The jar was in a lovely box for gifting.
I recommend this jar of color-coded verses pertaining to our emotions whether the person is a new believer or someone who has been a believer for years.

I ordered a Bible verse jar for the both of my teen daughter's at the beginning of their school year for support and inspiration and they both really loved and appreciated them. These jars are a great gifts for anyone in your life. The jar is glass, simple but pretty and looks really nice on my daughter's side table. This is great for a teen since they go through many emotions which can hard for them to manage. When they're angry, sad, happy, etc they can pull the corresponding feeling from the jar for inspiration and support and it reminds them that not only Jesus is supporting them but you are too. I was a little disappointed that the colors were all mixed up when they arrived. I sorted them myself and repacked the jars in a way I thought would be more user friendly and look better.
