Lost, Held, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center and is transferred to the shipping carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

LETIN is not responsible for:

  • lost packages

  • held packages

  • damaged packages

  • delivery errors caused by the carrier

However, we value our customers and will do our best to help resolve any issues that arise.

Third-Party Shipping Services

Shipping is performed by independent third-party carriers that are not affiliated with LETIN.
We are responsible for your order until it is handed to the carrier.
After handoff, all shipping-related issues must be addressed with the carrier directly, though our support team will gladly help guide you where possible.


Incorrect Mailing Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

LETIN is not responsible for:

  • packages sent to an incorrect address due to customer input error

  • delays caused by address corrections requested after the order has shipped
